My fees are determined by the amount of damage to the picture, Send your pictures to me for a free consultation, either via E~mail, or regular mail. You can have your finished picture sent back to you via E~mail, or you can choose to have it printed on Matt or glossy paper in whatever size up to 8x10 you would like.
